A booking request is confirmed only after availability has been verified and confirmation has been issued. Customers are responsible for supplying correct contact, travel and vehicle details.

Parking and transfers

Please arrive with enough time to check in your vehicle and travel to the airport. Follow all instructions issued with your booking.

Changes and cancellations

Contact the team as soon as possible if your travel dates or flight details change. Applicable cancellation and no-show conditions are provided with the booking.

Vehicles and belongings

Customers should remove valuables and ensure their vehicle is roadworthy, registered and appropriately insured before arrival.
